This Privacy Policy applies to the website and digital services of Dominican Brokerage Paradise, operated by Jessica Freites, a RE/MAX Paradise broker serving the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Sosúa, Cabarete, Puerto Plata, and related markets).

2. Information we collect

Identity and contact data you submit through inquiry forms (name, email, phone, message, interest type).

Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP, when analytics or advertising cookies are enabled with your consent.

Communication records when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. How we use your information

To respond to real estate inquiries, schedule conversations, and provide brokerage information on homes and new development projects.

To operate, secure, and improve the website (fraud prevention, spam filtering, performance).

To send follow-up messages related to your request. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and with a clear opt-out.
